Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We offer FREE delivery to any address in the UK when you spend £30 or more on your order (excluding Surfboards). For orders under £30 there is a £2.95 or £5 delivery charge (depending on how quick you want the item).
Our current delivery service is 2-3 business or working days (working days being Monday to Friday and excluding Bank Holidays) via Royal Mail or DX Freight for Surfboards. Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for next day dispatch, orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day (i.e. orders placed between 3pm Friday and 3pm Monday will be dispatched Tuesday).
Surfboard Delivery - We currently offer delivery at £15.00 for all surfboards (UK ex NI) and this is usually 2-3 working days. Surfboard delivery to Northern Ireland addresses is currently £45.00 and is usually 3-4 days. All surfboards are bubbled wrapped, with cardboard reinforced protection for tails/nose/rail areas and then a multi-wall outer box with reinforced corners.

We offer a Smaller Item Delivery service of 4+ days, with a charge of £2.95 for orders under £30.
Please note: we do not currently offer delivery outside the UK, and some deliveries to remote areas, especially in the Highlands of Scotland and Offshore, can take several days longer. Deliveries to Northern Ireland may also take longer due to additional customs requirements following Brexit.
Returns (*UK mainland only)
Christmas Extended Returns Period - all items purchased from the 1st December 2022 will have a returns period extended until 31st January 2023 (other returns T&C's apply, e.g. must be unused, with tags and in resale-able condition)
We offer a Hassle-Free 30 Day FREE Returns Policy (*T&C's apply) which means you have up to 30 days after the date of the order to request a return, and returns are FREE via Collect+ at over 7500 local stores around the UK.
*Please note this service is for UK mainland only (excludes Remote & Offshore Island locations), for other locations please contact us first to confirm the details before ordering.
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, you can return them unused with any original tags attached and in a resale-able condition, within 30 days for a full refund or exchange on goods. No refund can be given if the return request is received more than 30 days after invoice date. We regret we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves.
How To Return Unwanted Items
Email your order reference number and the details of the item to be returned to info@boards360.com. We will then send you details of how to request a FREE Collect+ returns label and once this has been approved you'll receive a Collect+ label ready for printing out and dropping off at a Collect+ drop off point. Once it has been received by us and inspected we will then process the refund as promptly as we can and always within 14 days of receiving the items.
Faulty Or Incorrect Items
On delivery of your order, please check it straightaway. If any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@boards360.com (within 2 days of receipt), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For product faults that occur within 30 days of receipt of the item contact us at info@boards360.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
For product faults that occur after 30 days of receipt of the item our aim is to resolve the problem for you ASAP and might include a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
If you need to contact us regarding a faulty item after 30 days of receipt of the item, please send an email to info@boards360.com and we will do all we can to resolve the issue.
Some products have a manufacturers warranty on them and if this still applies in the time frame then please contact them directly. If you need support with this then email us at info@boards360.com.
For faulty products reported within 12 months of the purchase date then if we cannot repair or replace the item with an equivalent then we will offer you a refund.
